Before You Begin

On July 29, 2026, as the Lion's Gate begins to open, the Sun meets Jupiter in Leo while the Full Moon rises opposite in Aquarius. Fire that wants to be seen, meeting air that asks where you actually belong.

We won't tell you this is the luckiest day of the year, or that a door opens on its own. What we can offer is the shape of it, and three lines to carry through every page that follows.

Expand without bending yourself.

Shine without needing approval.

Belong without becoming smaller.

This workbook is a place to sit with that, pen in hand.

Part One

Arriving

Before anything else, arrive. Place one hand over your heart and one over your belly. Take five slow breaths. With each exhale, let go of needing to know how this unfolds.

What has been asking for my attention lately?

Part Two

Twelve Years Ago

Jupiter was last in Leo around 2014–2015. Go back there for a moment, before you look forward.

1.Who was I becoming then?

2.What opportunity, relationship, or idea entered my life around that time?

3.Where did I become more visible, whether I wanted to or not?

4.What dream started and never got finished?

5.What have these twelve years taught me about confidence?

6.What am I ready to approach differently now?

Part Three

Shine Without Needing Approval

Leo is the part of the sky tied to self-expression, confidence, and being known.

1.Where have I been making myself smaller than I am?

2.What part of me wants to be seen?

3.What do I want recognition for, if I'm honest?

4.What would I make if I stopped worrying about being judged?

5.Where am I waiting for permission I don't need?

6.What's the difference, for me, between being visible and needing to be validated?

7.What would one courageous act of self-expression look like this month?

8.What do I enjoy even when nobody is watching?

Part Four

Belong Without Becoming Smaller

Aquarius sits opposite Leo. It asks about community, and about the parts of yourself you edit to fit in.

1.Where do I belong without having to try?

2.In which rooms do I make myself smaller to fit?

3.Whose approval am I still working to earn?

4.Which friendships actually support who I'm becoming?

5.What role am I ready to put down, at home, at work, in my community?

6.Where do I need more freedom than I currently have?

7.What do I want to contribute beyond myself?

8.What kind of community would I like to help build?

Part Five

What the Full Moon Releases

A Full Moon is traditionally a moment of release. Before you can shine without needing approval or belong without shrinking, something usually has to be put down first.

I release the belief that

I am no longer available for

I forgive myself for

I no longer need to prove

I am ready to stop carrying

I give myself permission to outgrow

Part Six

Expand Without Bending Yourself

Jupiter is the planet of expansion. Not everything that wants to grow needs a grand gesture, and none of it needs to come at the cost of who you are.

1.What is already trying to grow in my life, if I look closely?

2.What opportunity deserves a bigger yes than I've been giving it?

3.Where have I been thinking smaller than necessary?

4.What would growth look like without exhausting me, or asking me to become someone else?

5.What would I ask for if I trusted I could receive it?

6.What skill, idea, or relationship is worth investing in right now?

7.What am I ready to claim as mine?

8.What does abundance mean to me, outside of money?

Part Seven

The Other Side of It

Jupiter and Leo, taken too far, tip into overconfidence, excess, and needing applause, which is the opposite of the whole point. This page is where the work earns its keep, so sit with it honestly.

1.Where might I be exaggerating what's actually possible right now?

2.Am I expanding because I'm aligned, or because I'm insecure?

3.What am I tempted to promise before I've built the foundation for it?

4.Where do I need discernment more than I need optimism?

5.What real, practical evidence supports my next step?

6.What boundary would keep this expansion sustainable rather than a burnout waiting to happen?

This workbook draws on the symbolism of the Sun–Jupiter conjunction in Leo and the Aquarius Full Moon of July 29, 2026. It's offered as a space for reflection, not a guarantee of outcomes.

Astrology gives us a language to notice what's shifting. What you do with it is still entirely up to you.
