Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation policy before placing your order.


1. Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at storydwithlove@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 77039 93429 with your order number.

Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please act quickly if you need to make changes.

2. Cancellations After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If your order arrives and there is a quality issue, please refer to our Refund Policy.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.


4. Cancellations by Us

In rare situations — such as a product going out of stock after your order is placed, a payment issue, or circumstances beyond our control — we may need to cancel your order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
