100 manifestation journal prompts for 2026
The blank page is the most common reason people abandon a journalling practice. You sit down with the best intentions and nothing comes. This list exists so that never happens to you again.
100 manifestation journal prompts — organised by category so you can go straight to what you need today. Save this page. Return to it whenever you need a starting point.
A note on how to use these: pick one prompt, write until you have nothing left to say, then stop. You do not need to use them in order. You do not need to use one every day. Find the prompt that feels most alive to you in this moment — that slight pull of recognition is the signal. Start there.

How to use these prompts most effectively
Do not use more than one per session. Pick the prompt that pulls at you most today and write until you have nothing left to say. Depth over breadth.
Write in the present tense where possible. "I am" rather than "I want to be." "I have" rather than "I hope to have." Present tense anchors your intentions in now rather than keeping them in the future.
Feel it as you write. The writing alone is not what creates change — the emotion behind it is. Slow down. Let yourself actually feel the thing you are writing about. Joy, relief, pride, peace — let that land in your body, not just your pen.
Save this page. Return to it whenever you sit down and do not know where to start. The right prompt for today will be different from the right prompt last week.
