All Story'd journals are undated. You can begin any time — a new moon, a birthday, or a quiet Tuesday. There is no wrong time to start.

Story'd does not currently accept returns on opened journals. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact them within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and it will be resolved promptly.
