1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Timelines

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed on the Site.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also reach out to us at storydwithlove@gmail.com with your order number for an update.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts (for example, due to no one being available to receive the package), the package may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange re-delivery, though additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering.
7. Currently, We Ship Within India Only
