We take great care in the quality of every Story'd product. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to review product details, descriptions, and images carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — at our discretion based on stock availability.

Please note: We are unable to process claims raised after 48 hours of the delivery date. We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery.

3. Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider — typically an additional 3–5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect item ordered
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items marked as final sale or part of a promotional offer (unless defective)
